The following terms are applicable for any transaction made with RR Sports Club.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Challenge Box Cricket

• Orders mean a request by You for booking made with Us.

• Service refers to the Booking system via Whatsapp or Website.

• Website refers to Challenge Box Cricket, accessible from https://rrsportsclub.in

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Refund and Cancellation

Once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In case of No-Show, no refund will be offered. If arena is unavailable for you to play due to unforeseen circumstances, RR Sports Club reserves the rights to take the appropriate decision of either to reschedule your slot or to provide the refund within 15 days.
